Account Director
Srishti Assaye is an Account Director at Greenrose Communications. She brings over a decade of experience in strategic communications, media relations, and brand strategy across wealth management and impact investing. Previously, Srishti served as Communications Director at Adasina Social Capital, where she led national investor campaigns, elevated executive thought leadership, and helped position the firm as a leader in values-aligned investing. At Greenrose, Srishti partners with RIAs, asset managers, and wealthtech firms to craft differentiated, high-impact narratives that build visibility and credibility in an increasingly competitive, AI-shaped media landscape. Srishti lives in New York City, where she balances her competitive edge as a former professional basketball player and avid boxer with her creative pursuits in embroidery, henna design, and pastel illustration. Content Director
Elise Perkins is a Content Director at Greenrose Communications. Elise has been working at Greenrose Communications since 2022. Elise cut her teeth in the communications field at The Financial Services Roundtable (now the Bank Policy Institute), a Washington DC-based trade association, during the financial crisis. She previously served as Director of Communications and Marketing at the Committee for Economic Development, now a part of The Conference Board. Elise lives in Maryland with her husband and children and is an avid reader of cookbooks and firmly believes that pineapple belongs on pizza. Account ExecutiveIndia Clarke is an Account Executive at Greenrose Communications. India joined the firm as a recent college graduate in 2023. As Greenrose’s first employee, she has played an integral role in the firm’s growth and expansion. India holds a Bachelor of Science in Strategic Communication from the University of Colorado Boulder and is passionate about leveraging storytelling, media relations, and creative strategy to help clients achieve meaningful visibility and impact. Assistant Account ExecutiveKelly Colanto is an Assistant Account Executive at Greenrose Communications. She joined the firm in 2025 as an intern and spent over a year in the internship program, where she developed a strong foundation in media relations before she chose to continue her career at Greenrose. Kelly is a 2026 graduate of the University of Colorado Boulder, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and a Minor in Leadership Studies. With a lifelong passion for writing, she focuses on creating compelling content that brings client stories to life.
